Probably a really dumb question, but does anyone know what the black connectors used for something like this are called: http://www.adafruit.com/products/206 (http://www.adafruit.com/products/206)
I need some 4 pin versions and my local electronics shop doesn't have them in stock, so I was going to order from Digikey. But trying to find them without a proper name or part # is like searching a needle in a haystack. Even a specific manufacturer would be helpful.
Also, I'm assuming I would need to get terminals seperately?

Are you looking for the FDD four pin power connector? Like they used to power floppy's up with?
Like #6 (http://www.buildcomputers.net/power-supply-connectors.html)?
-
Something like that yes, although not specifically for a floppy drive. Actually I plan to use it to connect to header pins.

Awesome, thanks. Searching for "single in line connector" did the trick; I was able to find them on Digikey.

For internal USB?

stating the obvious here, but 4 pin molex connector?

Good to hear. Its hard when dealing with something of that sort. I have seen them used for everything from USB to as I have stated the FDD connectors. Molex are something completely different. They are the larger power connectors you see on the inside of your computer. Anymore its easier just to build your own cables but you start to run into problems like you have where seven different companies call it seven different things. Glad found them.

I glossed over his reply, my bad. Also, I know what a Molex connector is :p

Yup, that's what I found on Digikey: http://www.digikey.ca/product-detail/en/0050579004/WM2802-ND/115008 (http://www.digikey.ca/product-detail/en/0050579004/WM2802-ND/115008)
Although Molex makes so many different types of connectors, I needed to narrow it down in order to find exactly what I was looking for. Digikey has almost ten thousand different Molex products on their site.

While Molex does make those larger power connectors, they also make the smaller ones I was looking for too :)

Those are just generic 0.1" crimp sockets. I use the Harwin M20 series if I'm being cheap or the Molex SL series if I'm feeling a bit more spendy (you do get what you pay for) or AMP MTE if I need to support somewhat higher power (it'll handle AWG20).
4-pin Harwin M20 housing: M20-1060400
Harwin M20 crimp contacts (bag of 100): M20-1180042
Mouser stocks both.
I don't necessarily recommend that dual-row Harwin M20s. They work fine, but the pin 1 marking on them is opposite normal convention, which makes for some awkward harness making.
