Title: Problem mounting PC CRT in cabinet
Post by: iscariot on July 24, 2013, 09:22:26 am
He everyone.  I am having a little trouble mounting a PC crt and I hope someone can help.

I mounted the tube quite easily, but when I went to put the monitor back together in there(the boards) I think I got everything however I get no picture.  Everything looks like it's plugged in correctly.  I hear the degaussing coil go off, and there looks like there's a little bit of lightning on the screen for a second then it goes black and the input flashes like there's no connection.  Has anyone ever seen something like this?

I know nothing about this, and my only knowledge would be the refresh rate... Is that an option?

Pictures of the back might also help some of the more techi / electronic chaps here...

I don't think that is it...I had a board plugged in before and it was running fine when it was in it's case..I'm going to try disassembling some things to move the boards around a little and see if maybe something is disconnected.

Fixed it.  Loose wire.
