Nice work.   What type of encoder are you using?  That black box looks pretty big.

Two playstation controllers.

I bought some adapters so I can use it with my XBOX as well, Lag time was a major concern when choosing this route and I'm happy to report there is no lag time in button response what so ever.

Right on, very clean insides, and very nice KI pictures on top.  I like the use of the competition pushbuttons, they are freakin great for fighting games, and they feel fine for old school as well.
  Quick question, is there a purpose to those two terminal strips next to the psx box?  Or were they just for clean-ness and what not, and to make the wiring look hella good.  I could see an application for them if you made some other boxes that used those little things to connect to it, so you could like swap out the box with another system box or whatever.

I did it for the sake of keeping things tightly. I'm a bit of a perfectionist if given the choice.
