Title: Left brain techie needs help with art...

I consider myself to be a left brain techie..

I'm really good with PCs (work as a software developer for IBM), very good with electronics (my soldering iron is my 3rd hand) and love anything to do with electronics.

I finally finished my MAME machine and been finding myself playing it a lot lately rather than putting the most important finishing touches.  The machine is a full standup with a 25" arcade monitor in it.

The CP has a nice dark green / black marble coloured rough surface laminate on it.

The rest of the cab is black laminate.

I need artistic help with side art and a marquee...

Any advise? help?  I want it to look really good...  Most of the games I play are Neo Geo based games (metal slug, a few fighters .. and LOVE puzzle type games.. money exchanger and puzzle bobble!)

Hmm...   well if your requesting some art then supply some dimensions and I can try to help ya out when I get some spare time.  If you need help designing one if your going to build it, I can layout some pretty basic stuff that will help you get yourself setup for filling in the blanks so to speak.

Edit:  I posted a marquee I whipped up in like 5 minutes, just a general idea of what looks good, like color contrasts, etc.  just a start of an idea, I'll probably add a lot more design characteristics, etc.
