Title: Looking for Gauntlet CP Artwork

I've found several images of the original Gauntlet CP but all of them have been small/grainy/or weird angled.  I'm most interested in what the wording is under the instruction heading in the middle of the CP.  I'm planning on adding modified Gauntlet artwork to my machines control panel and am really stumped on this part.  If anyone know where to find or has higher res scans of the CP please let me know.  At the least, I need to know what the instruction wording is.  The rest I can probably use illustrator to vectorize.  Thanks.

Send me your email and I can email the control panel, I need side art for my mame Gauntlet machine but cannot find this, do you have the sideart to trade. I eagerly await your reply as you have eagerly awaited this one.
