I'm at the finishing touches stage of my build...
It's my first build so making alot of mistakes and trying to learn from them.
So I ordered some marquee retainers from happ. When I got them was unsure how to install them but found that diagram on this site and worked it out.
Issue is, there is some edge showing, and it's very distracting to me.

That's as far in as I can get it, even that far in makes it really difficult to get the plexiglass in there...
Trying to decide what to do... wondering if I should scrap the Happ retainer altogether and try to find one of those aluminum bracket things... or not really sure
Hoping someone can give me some ideas.
Thanks in advance :notworthy:

Looks like you should use those aluminum bracket things. I get mine from HD for 6 monies. Paint them black. Am able to do three small cabs or two full sized ones for the length you get.

Did the same for mine -- just under $6 per piece and with a 16inch wide bartop it was enough for 3 pieces - 2 for the marquee (left unpainted) and 1 for the top of the bezel (bent open to get the correct angle and then painted black)
