Title: Warm you up on a cold night...

One of my favorites for when it's really cold and windy (like tonight).

Get you a coffee mug, heat some water, pour your hot chocolate mix in...  pour in one shot of amaretto (yes, the alcoholic kind), add hot water, and stir...

Repeat!  :P

I was expecting to see something about playing a maniacal game of Track and Field to get the blood pumping... ;D
