Hello Lilly,

Welcome to the forum. I only work on Rowe Ami but somebody may be along soon.

How long is since you had the jukebox serviced? when did it have a new styli fitted?

To help to point you in the right direction can you amend your forum profile so it shows what country you live in.

Regards
Alan

Hello Lilly,

Yes I mean the needle, also check all the connections from the wires that connect to the cartridge back to the amplifier input.

I would check out Len Beddow he is a roving jukebox engineer from Staffordshire but undertakes repairs from all of the UK and Scotland. I do all Len's Rowe Ami board and amplifier repairs.
To get his details on google just type in "Len Beddow jukebox" also say that you have talked to me online.
