Hi,
My old crt blew so I had to get a new philips tc (second hand) to replace it.
When I plugged it in it looked pretty close to the old one but needed to be adjusted vertically and horizontally.
I did this easliy on the old set but seem to be having a problem with this one.
I adjust the vsh and hsh accordingly , needs a bit of tweaking here and there to get it just right.
Problem I am having is, the screen is now flashing every second like its trying to calibrate itself?
When I try to adjust the vsh again it re-adjusts itself.
I can get around it by setting it and quickly putting the tv in standby.
I think I also adjusted the options (op1-7) but not sure what the values were in there...
I have attached a screenshot.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
Its a philips silver 21 inch crt, I can get the model number if needed.
I accessed the service menu by entering 062596 and info on the remote.
