You know those hard plastic computer desk grommets that can tidy computer cables & such passing through your desk surface? Those make for handy cabinet cable pass-throughs as well.
If you've got one on your cab, you can dress it up. Take the slotted insert, throw some yellow paint on it, & you've got a Pac-Grommet!
Some of the other grommets seem to have more Pac-related geometry & might be even better candidates than the ones that I used on my cab: https://www.google.com/search?q=computer+desk+grommet&num=100&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=9Y2vUeP7C6eEiAKG6ICYCw&ved=0CAoQ_AUoAQ&biw=1050&bih=1595 (https://www.google.com/search?q=computer+desk+grommet&num=100&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=9Y2vUeP7C6eEiAKG6ICYCw&ved=0CAoQ_AUoAQ&biw=1050&bih=1595)

I just drill a channel into my monitor stand and pass the wires up.
Cable hell is a real place, and if you are not careful and take precautions you will end up there.
