Title: ArcadePerfect utility with Windows 7
Post by: Applekid on May 25, 2013, 11:40:12 am
Not sure if this is the right forum but it seems it could go under Software or Video. Considering the original announcement thread (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php/topic,108796.0.html) was here, I'll post here.

Has anyone gotten the Arcadeperfect utility to work with their ArcadeVGA 3000 from Ultimarc to work with Windows 7? I've tried a bunch of compatibility settings and none seem to get any closer. If someone has been there and back, what did you do to get it working?

Just one bump, any ideas? Not sure I'm ready to scrap and downgrade to XP64. If there's a sweet way to do it I'm all ears.

I won't bump again so no worries. But it would be pretty sweet to get the flicker looking correct on Alien Storm.  ;D

Have you tried reaching out to Andy from Ultimarc?  He's super responsive and always has great ideas for stuff like this.

Not really, since it's marked "Beta" on the site. I probably will now, though.  :lol He's been responsive with me in the past too, I figured I'd check publicly first so I don't bug a busy guy.
