Title: Programmable LCD Screen?
Post by: Tropps on May 24, 2013, 02:59:55 pm
So as I work on my cabinet I had an idea that may or may not be possible. I was looking at programmable LCD's such as:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811996004 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811996004)

I thought it would be cool to have it display the game currently being played. Does anyone know if this is possible? I'm imagining it would have to be a feature built into either the front end or the emulator. Thanks!

Mala has a serial display plugin that works with BetaBrite signs.
Not sure if it can be configured to work with one of those USB ones.

(link no worky with Comcast.  Comcast hates Mala)
