Does anyone know how to exit within a game? The only way that seems to work is pressing control alt delete to go to the task manager and force quitting it. It is realy annoying..
Does anyone know how to exit a game?
(I also tried to configure the exit to something else but it didn't work, so I put it back to default, but it still doesn't work so Idk what to do...

You asking about a specific game or MAME?

I mean when you are playing MAME games. For some reason I can't exit the game without having to resort to task manager.

exiting a game should be the esc key.
if not, try going into setup by pressing tab and see what its been changed to

Yeah it was set to Esc, but when I try to press Esc it doesn't exit the game. I've also tried setting it up to a different button, but that didnt work. Then I hit go back to default, and it still doesn't exit the game.. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong :S

Are you using a frontend or just working with mame directly? Some FEs can mess with the setting even if MAME shows one thing in it's setup.

Try running mame directly, outside of the front end.
