Title: How to invert sync on a Makvision 3M25

I have an icade 60-1 and this Makvision monitor.  The colors are wrong: Red is Green, Green is Blue, and Blue is Red.  The Makvision tech told me that the sync is reversed.  How do I invert the sync?  Is it done on the monitor, the icade board, or is there an inverter available?

If you've got a stable picture but messed up colors, this has nothing to do with the sync.  Just swap the color signal lines on the input signal connector around appropriately.
