i finally got my computer working and all was fine, i was exited to finally have a wireless card in this old beast, i downloaded GameEX (paid for the full version) i thought i set it up fine, i was confused alot of the way but i just stuck to basic settings.
now when it is finished setting up i click on it to open the emulator. but i get this message- GameEx has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
then askes if i want to send an error report.
someone please tell me whats wrong! wish i didnt pay for the fu**ing thing! :banghead:

Post at the GameEx forums for a faster response. Tom, the dev, and the rest of the community there are really good at helping with problems.
And you will need to post your log for them to see the problem.

I installed gameex on windows 8. Had to install a different .net framework. Installing it and setting it up was funky. After all that and ready to run... I got the same error you did. Luckily, I tried t before I paid for it. If you get no support from the developer, hopefully you paid using PayPal and they might refund your money. Definitely contact the developer first.

Yeah I posted on the gameex forum but nobody is replying. I guess I'll just wait

The GameEx forum is an excellent community. In the meantime, there are some log files within GameEx that you can take a look at that may help you out. Don't recall the exact location but browse through your windows explorer and you will find them.
