Title: Seimtsu LS-32-01

I have two Seimtsu LS-32-01 joysticks with the "S" mounting plate. I was wondering if I get the flat mounting plate, is it interchangeable with my current joy stick? I am redoing my control panel and they are going to be a lot thinner and the flat plate is going be better.

They are interchangeable on the plastic joystick base (the RE ones), but the holes you use for attaching the plates to your panel differs, be aware.
