I sent this board in to have it repaired by a gentleman twice but both times, it came back with the same issues. The problems I'm running into are as follows:
1. Donkey Kong - When he grins and moves his arms, his image is missing pieces
2. Donkey Kong - When he climbs the ladder in the beginning of the game, he is missing pieces
3. The umbrellas - have jumbled graphics
4. The Ladders - at some points have jumbled graphics
Does this seem like is has to do with bad chips at 7C, 7D, 7E? Or possibly sockets?
I'm no technician so I'm basing this on what I saw on Brasington site.

This is a video that I shot of some of the problems....

I apologize that it is difficult to see. You have to watch the top of Donkey Kong's head to see the graphics mess up.

My gut is saying sockets.

I'll try to reseat the chips again. Should I desolder and resolder the sockets?
-
Okay. So I pull the chips that were socketed. I re-soldered the sockets and replaced the chips. Still having the same issue.
Does anyone happen to know if the 4-board version ever came for an upright? My cabinet has pcb clamps that are designed to hold the 4 board pcb. It doesn't appear to have been moved. The issue is that the 2-player selection flips the screen like a cocktail.

The sockets themselves can possibly be bad. Resoldering them would not help.
-
Ok. I will try to locate some sockets that match these and replace them. Bummer.
