Had my cabinet sides CNC cut in MDF and they arrived today, now I can get started building the cabinet ;D
-
I'm trying (on a very very tight budget) to get the rest of my parts to build a CNC. another of my many projects that never seem to have enough funds for. Just out of curiosity & if you dont mind me asking, what did you pay to have those cut? was it with the price of the sheets or did you supply them?

The hard part is done, I bet you cannot wait to build the rest of it. ;)

It cost me and incredibly cheap £60 ($90) including the 18mm MDF, had several quotes form different companies most expensive being £168 ($257), so it pays to shop around and most importantly, go chat to the guy in person and sweet talk him a little :)

that's not bad at all, I don't know what the cost difference in MDF is between US - UK.
did he cut the slot for the t-molding by any chance?
-
No unfortunately he couldn't cut the T-Moulding slot, not a problem, have just order my slot cutter from the US and expecting it in the next 10 days.
