I have a 4 player setup with servostiks for players 1 and 2.
They are staying opposite of each other as in one is defaulting to 4 way and the other to 8 way.
If I use the program from Andy's site to check them and click 4 way my player 1 goes to 8 way and vice versa.
Anyone know how to straighten this out?
I just emailed Andy as well but figured I'd ask here also.
Thanks,
Andy

Oh yeah, I did try just pushing one into the other position manually but it doesn't do any good.... it just moves them back to the incorrect position.

Any chance that the polarity to one of the motors is reversed? (red + black wires swapped)

No, that was actually the first thing I checked :-(
<<EDIT>> But since you brought it up I decided to double check. As I stated it is wired correctly.... but I decided to wire it incorrectly to see what happened.
And it corrected the problem. Perhaps the wires are backwards on the servo board but you can't tell without removing the joystick which I didn't feel like doing.
For now it is working... I can take the joystick off later to see if that is the case.
I'm assuming being wired backwards wont cause any problems....

The motors are PMDC (Permanent Magnet Direct Current) brush motors. They have just 2 wires. Plug them in one way & they spin clockwise. Plug them in the other way & they spin counterclockwise.
You will encounter no problems by reversing the wires to correct your mis-wired motor.
