Title: Ideal Resolution For Theme?

Hey,

I am going to make a new theme from scratch and would like to know the ideal resolution for the theme to be made in?
 
I want to do it this way so it makes it more versatile for most users.

640 x 480.  That way users with arcade monitors can use it as well.
