Title: how to test iso. transformer

I have one here but don't know if its any good--what simple tests will tell me?  Are there any?

Basically, plug in one side to the outlet, and use a multi-meter set to the proper A/C voltage setting to check to output on the other side. Both sides should measure roughly the same.
