Is it advisable to mount wheels on the underside of the cabinet? I'm not sure if the cab will move or not under play. I was thinking of installing non lockable wheels on all 4 corners. The lockable wheels tend to be too large and tall.

If you aren't sure if it would be moving frequently, skip the wheels.
While the locking ones may be too large, they are probably the size you would need to support the weight of a full size cab and roll effectively.

On the other hand you can do what I did for my cab

This works great especially if the cab is not huge and too heavy. You lean the cab (using some kind of handles) and you can carry it around easily.
This is what I am doing and it's quite practical (Ofcourse I don't have a big cab, but still is quite heavy)

I did the same basic idea with rear wheels and levelers in the front.
My original idea was to just lift the front and slip sliders under the levelers when I need to move it.
I ended up being able to keep small sliders under the levelers.
My can is on carpet and its pulls out for rear access easily enough but it's rock solid in place during game play
