I have a Tornado spinner that has been gathering dust for a few years. (I never got around to installing it onto a control panel).

It has the silver knob and comes with a USB adaptor.

$55 plus shipping.

Besides the Apache Blackhawk, this is the finest spinner I have ever used. Has lots of weight to it, so it spins freely very nice. The axis on this can be changed as well. I forgot if it has mouse buttons but it might.
