Title: Best N64 & Sega Saturn emulators?

I'd like to find a good N64 emulator.
I'd also like to add Sega Saturn to my MAME cabinet.

What emulators seem to be the best and/or easiest to use?

I'd say project 64 for n64 and ssf for saturn.
Be warned, lots of custom button layouts will be needed for n64 in a cab due to the controller it had.

I couldn't get SSF to work  :dunno
