Can we please fix the forums so that we can upload files with a .jpeg extension? Nobody's using MS-DOS anymore, there's no need to limit ourselves to three-characters file extensions.

Done! Any others we should add? Currently valid are:
txt,jpg,gif,pdf,png,zip,rar,jpeg

How about sketchup files? skp and another one I can't remember off hand.

+1 on SKP files.

How about .SVG (Inkscape) and .AI (Adobe Illustrator)?
Also, other than file size, is there a reason to not add .GIF and .BMP?

.bmp are virus prone, I think that's the reason for those...

AFAIK BMP was not a valid file format to put images on the Web at the beginning, even though most browsers seem to support it today. However, most BMP files are uncompressed, so it's not a good idea to allow BMP.

I second .ai files.

Done! These are now valid: txt, jpg, gif, pdf, png, zip, rar, jpeg, skp, svg,ai,gif
(I concur on .bmp extension)
Let me know if there are more :)
