Title: Mario Bros 2.0
Post by: KeithPuetz on March 15, 2013, 11:19:29 am
It's finally done.
BIG THANKS TO NEPHASTH for creating the control panel! I seriously cannot thank him enough for that for me!

I made a video on it.

I wish I filmed more of the control panel, I also wish I showed the pictures of Mario and Luigi in the player 1 and player 2 buttons. I will show take pictures of it when I have time.

Tell me what you guys think!

Looks pretty cool, very bright! Is that an original Nintendo cab or did you build one from scratch?

Nice turnout. BUT...... Since you have all the console stuff and a jukebox on there. I find it odd that your audio system is mono. Well maybe it's not even true mono if you're only pulling from one audio channel.

good day.

Looks familiar. Are you just throwing it out there to see what kind of offers you'll get, or are you already really planning to sell it? I assume the job thing is still unresolved?

I don't want to sell it but I am dead broke. I am also 3k in debt, I owe child support right now, my phone may be shut off soon and running out of food.
I guess in a sense I am fishing to see if I can get a REAL offer for it, I WONT sell it for less than what I paid for it myself.
If I did sell it I would be pretty pissed off to be totally honest.

good day.

That's a different DK. I had one trash one and one good one. I sold the good one and mamed the trashed one. Sucks because I paid the same price for both. Donkey Kongs are sort of hard to get in Arizona so that's probably why I ended up paying so much..

Wow, nice work. If you had been selling this when I was first looking for a cab in the phoenix area, I probably would have jumped all over it and never built mine! But instead all I saw on craigslist at the time were other people's terrible attempts at mame cabs, and larger dedicated cabs that didn't fit with what I was looking for. Sorry to hear you have to sell it
