Hey guys. I'm new here, and new to arcade cabinet restoring. I got this cabinet for $25 bucks and am looking to MAME it. I'm mainly using this as a learning experience as I know nothing about basic woodworking. I'd appreciate any advice anyone can give.

Read, read, and then read some more in the restorations and project subforums.
BTW, the woodworking is already done. You have a cabinet! Now it's time for system design, wiring, and art design. Good luck! Lots of skills to learn here.

Thanks Chad! I more or less wanted to create a topic to have somewhere to moderate my own progress. And currently am focusing on trying to repair the cab's damage. I've had the cabinet for almost 2 years, so I really need to step it up and do something! lol. But thank you for the motivation. I'm guessing next weekend I'll pick up some Bondo and give that a shot with the cracks and holes on the edges.

Yep. Might want to consider wood hardener on that and then bondo depending on how crumbly those edges are. Hard to tell from the pics because it's still wet in those photos.
