Title: 3" Trackball Buttons Not Working

I have attached my three inch track ball to three buttons. The trackballs movement is okay and the left click is okay. However, the right click and the third button, which I  imagine if scroll just lightly highlite something on the screen. The right click and scroll options however work on a mouse attached. Any ideas?  ???

We need some more info. What brand is the Trackball?  What OS?  How did you hook up the buttons?
