I have a accessory board that allows for the background music to be played BUT the music is of a lower quality. when i plug in the RCA jacks into the the CD players input, the song is greatly enhanced but the music only plays when a song is being played and the amplifier mutes the song from the external source when not being played..(paid for)
is there a way to have an external source play through the main amplifier continuously so as to use the jukebox as a amplifier solely without the need to "play songs". i just want to play my own mix of music from an mp3 player without the need to convert the jukebox to an mp3 player and without the need for qaurters to play songs. the amplifier sounds so good i just want to use the amplifier without the muting effect
i hope this makes sense

Are you using a Rowe Accessory board and you have the external source plugged into the BGM input? Also, when you say lower quality, are you meaning that it is playing at a lower volume level than the jukebox music?
