It's pretty sleek, quite large and enjoyable mostly while wearing. The music control feature was one of the big buying points for me and it works as expected. I love being able to leave my phone in my pocket and to switch songs. I am however perturbed at how notifications within iPhone are quite messy. Some work, some don't and they don't work at all with iOS5. I was really hoping to not go to iOS 6 for a while longer because of their maps fiasco. All in all I'd give it a 7/10 until they get notifications working for all applications with iPhone without jailbreaking.
If you have any questions about it feel free to hit me up.

I don't know much about it. Does it work independently of your iphone/touch or do you need to hvae it within bluetooth range?
I had a Timex Sinclair in the 90's. It was pretty cool but support for it dropped pretty quickly.

Bluetooth range. It's basically a display interface for your iPhone/Android device but it also can control stuff like music, etc.
