Time again for my annual March of Dimes fundraising campaign. This year I hope to personally raise $6,000 to help support the March of Dime's mission to eliminate pre-term birth and the health risks associated with it. Since I became involved with the March of Dimes seven years ago I have individually raised over $19,000, and my team has raised over $86,000 for research and programs that impact newborn babies' lives.
I'll again be conducting an Arcade/Pinball prize raffle for all of those who contribute to the fundraising campaign. The top donor will get first pick of prizes and then we will proceed down the list of participants until we run out of prizes. Each year so far every participant has received a prize! Prizes are distributed after the end of the fundraising campaign on April 27, 2013.
If you'd like to participate please visit my secure webpage at:
http://www.marchforbabies.org/deanryanayer (http://www.marchforbabies.org/deanryanayer)
The web page is set up accept major credit cards and PayPal. If you'd like to mail in a check please make it payable to the "March of Dimes" and PM me for the mailing address. The March of Dimes is a 501©(3) charity so all of your donations are 100% tax deductible. Please include a note along with your donation listing your primary Arcade/Pinball screen name and what forum (KLOV, BYOC, Pinside, CoinOpSpace, AtariAge, NeoGeoForums, RGP, etc. etc.)you are most active on, this will help me contact participants when it is their turn to select a prize in the raffle.
Thanks for all of you support in past year and your continued support in 2013!

Great cause! My daughter loves the Flynn's Arcade shirt I won last year.
-
Herbert, your donation link is busted. Please fix so that I can donate. I'm still enjoying the R.A.T.7 Mouse that I won last year!
Thanks,
-Jason
PS--I surely have some arcade & pin odds 'n' ends that I could donate. Are you looking only for new & "high brow" items from legit vendors, or do you want to accept used-but-good (or virtually unused) flipper bats, joystick shafts, buttons, & the like? I'm not looking to dump my junk (well, I sort of am, actually...), but I could scrounge together a package of doo-dads & run them by you for your approval, if you're interested. Since winners get to choose their prizes, I don't think anybody would disappointed...

Donated note/free bump!

Thanks for helping babies and supporting the March of Dimes!!!!
-
Thanks for all the support everyone!!!!!
Didn't quite reach my goal of $6,000 but I'm happy with the $5, 085 that we did raise.
The Prize Raffle has officially begun and I have notified the Grand Prize winner to select their prize. I will then proceed down the list of participants and notify each one when it is their turn to select an item from the remaining prizes. This process can drag out for a while as not everyone who participated checks their forum PM's or email frequently. Please rest assured that each and every person who donated will receive a prize! Some of the prizes will ship directly from the vendors, and others will be shipped out by me after the raffle is concluded (to minimize the number of trips I have to make to the post office).
Thanks again to the vendors and individuals who donated prizes for the raffle, without you this event would not be possible.
I appreciate everyone's support of the March of Dimes. You all have helped make a difference in babies' lives!
-
good job everyone!! :applaud:
