Title: cocktail simultaneous 2 player

Hey everyone,

Is there any 2 player simultaneous games that are suitable for a cocktail cabinet? (ie people facing each other) or are they just - take it in turns based.  

No great problem if there isn't, I was just curious as I don't know of any.

I know Space Duel you sit across form each other and play at the same time.

I think I had a thread about this a few months ago. There are a few that have simultaneous cocktail mode, but the only ones that spring to mind right now are Tetris and Hot Shots Tennis.

There's a space invaders cocktail one that has you playing at the same time and your shots can kill each other.

You can also play sprint and super sprint if you leave the orientation of the screen facing the long way.

Don't forget, you can do the same with Gauntlet, jsut remap the controls so that they relfect the way the character moves in the game from your perspective. (And leave the game running horizontal.)

There is a hack version of Ms. Pac that allows player 2 to control the red ghost (in Misfit mame I believe). That would be great if you remapped the controls.

All those black & white snake games would work well with remapped controls as well. Actually, most of the 2-player only black and white games should work with remapped controls.

Where!!! Where!!!

I did a couple of quick Googles, but to no avail...
I found MisfitMAME, but it looks like they've got 20 Ms Pacman versions...
Which one has that hack?

Anybody know?  I've never heard of it, but it would be awesome... hehe...
