 JRok roks!!!
(See what I did there! :lol)

Anyway I'm all over this like a fat kid on a smarty.

Love the fact it's both JAMMA, and that its not just an emulation board, he's actually trying to reproduce hardware on the original timings and speech reproduction.

That JRok guy's alright. :D

There has been a Berzerk/Frenzy multboard out for years from Mark Spaeth.  Also available at KLOV (or at least was).  I have one in my Berzerk.  Works great.  You switch between games by pressing both start buttons at once.

Mark's board is a straight ZPU replacement running the actual game on the actual hardware (other than the modified ZPU itself).  Drop it into a Berzerk and BAM now you have Frenzy too.  30 second install.

but does that one have the option for Berzerk slow bullets?  and isn't that one extremely hard to find for sale nowadays?

JROK is top notch, I had just ordered another multi-williams board and he stuck alternate rom versions on it for me. Nice guy.

This Berzerk project was uncanny timing for me, as I had just learned to play over the last few weeks and wrote up a summary of the tips-

It has all of the options of the original games.  It's not an emulation board.

I just talked to Mark and he has a few on hand.  I can give out the contact info if anyone wants it.

I'm told the spaeth boards are replacements for real berzerk boards.
I don't own a real berzerk machine so that's where an all inclusive Jamma PCB will suit better.

This is true.  I said it myself above.
