Title: Is there a definitive list of button layouts for classic arcade games?

I can find most of what I need on Google images, but some of them aren't so easy to see - and I found buttons I didn't know existed, like hyperspace on Pleiads (not on the version I played).

If someone hasn't already compiled a list of images, I'll probably do it. But I imagine someone already has...

There are panel layout photo packs available.  I forget the site off the top of my head, but I'll see if i can dig it up (if someone else doesn't in the meantime).
