Not funny.  Not because it's "offensive" but because it's not funny.  Missed the mark IMO.  Pass.

First clip was better - grannies sold it.

Everyone has a different sense of humor, of course.  Two and a Half Men is the most popular comedy on television and I'd have to swallow a bullet to sit through that crap.  I'm sure there will always be people who feel the same about stuff I like.
