Has anyone ever build a cabinet using biscuit joiner method to put all MDF or plywood board together?
-
I normally use furring strips around the inner walls of the cabinet sides as my basic build method, similar to what most classic cabinet makers did.

yes. mine. link in signature. I used a lot of biscuits and some pocket holes. no furring strips except for parts that need to be disassembled. Furrning strips are a fine way to go I and I would have done that if I didn't already have a biscuit joiner and kreg jig.

Shouldn't this be in the woodworking sub forum?
The thing to remember about biscuits is they do not add strength, they help to hold and align joints. With that said yes they should work just fine for a MAME cab, they are used with mdf and ply for shop cabs all the time.
