yeah, I get that allot from companies too. Or they have a web form to fill out and they never get back to you.

If it's still available, I say you jump on it. FrancoB's 15/24 kHz automatic switch is quality stuff, and works wonders if you have a dual-res monitor. I've got it in one of my cabinets and it's great for the 360/PS3 connection.
