Title: Intergraph 27" monitor
Post by: microwrx on November 02, 2003, 11:54:39 pm
Hi folks.

Has anybody tried using one of these monitors before.  I have just obtained one and need to know the easiest way to get it connected.  It is an MDSP1280A and it looks as though I'm going to need a special video card for it.  It uses a 13W3 connector so I'll at least need an adaptor.

thanks
JJ

Found this, though it shows the MDSP1280A using a normal HD-15 connector.  ???

From the specs they have, you might get away with a simple 13w3 to HD 15 cable.

Thanks, I had seen that page.  These things definitely come with a 13W3 so I don't know where they got their info.  I ended up ordering a 13W3 to HD15 adaptor and a video card from these guys:

$142 including shipping to Australia so not too bad plus the card will run any fixed or multi-frequency/sync monitor for the future.

Just getting the adaptor would only work with a Mac apparently.
