Best (and only?) resource I've seen for this is emumovies.com $60, but they have everything.

This is the next step in my machines setup, best of luck

I`m newish to this too, and I`ve just drawn my arcade machine as part of my mala layout (videos and marquee for each game shown on it, yeah been done before i know but its all my work  ) and got it all working what do you want to know exactly?

I found a website with as far as i can see all the videos (about 8 zip files took a bit of time but downloaded them all as you never know if you`ll need any later on) didnt know people charge for these so i just typed "mame sample movies" in google and well i guess i got lucky, would put up the website but i got slapped down for asking about coin mechs on here (only wanted to know if i could disable it until a game has loaded as i`m using tokens (not money) as bribery for the little uns and they keep putting the things in at the wrong time :) ) not too sure of the rules.

as for the videos i just placed them in a folder, and pointed the mala video/samples options to it (after drawing the video box where i wanted it in the layout editor (same with the marquee pics different folder) , only thing that messed me up a little is that the name of the video must be EXACTLY the same as the rom you are using to play (well apart from the file extention obviously) which you can find easily using the gamelist editor as some games have a lot of different named roms (same with the marquee pictures) so just changed the video I wanted to the rom name i`m using

oh yeah and also had to download the "codecs" for the videos as they wouldnt play or i was getting video but no sound or vice versa, but thats just because I bought a refurbed dell with an ancient xp for £30 to run it all, runs great though  :applaud:
