Hello,
I will started this year a Karate Champ cabinet reproduction 1 to 1.
The hard part is the panel. I need some measure of to reproduce it exactly !
Length, width, deep, thickness of metal, position of holes, clamps position,...
If someone could help me ?
Of course, I'm ready to buy a panel, but I leave in Europe so it would be pretty expensive to ship.

I really think you would save a ton of time and money just sourcing one in the US and shipping it to where you are. I'm sure you could get one for under $100USD.
I'll check around and see if I can find one for you for cheap.

Will this be based on a MAME PC or the original game board?

Thanks you very much CW ! I think I could reproduce it now, I will draw it on my favorite CAD software before the real production.
@koolmoecraig : you right, it will be better to find a original panel, but for the moment I don't see any to sell...but before I reproduce one, sure I will check again !

Ah, great. I have an original board myself, and I am playing it in a generic cabinet with a home made 4 joystick panel. A wonderful game indeed.
