Title: AtomicFE loads up right away in 15hz.

Got a mame cade from a board member. Having some basic connection issues and some monitor issues, but all is basically working. The system has windows load, switch to 15hz and then atomicfe starts. I want to edit some of the stuff in atomicfe (change themes, add favorites, etc). What is the best way to view atomicfe settings? On the 15hz cade monitor everything is disorted. If I hook up just a basic pc monitor it says it can't display 15hz. Thoughts?

Ancient chinese secret. I'll give you a hint: look in your bios' video display.  Or, another way: learn how computers function at more than the OS level.
