Title: Surface Tension made The Chive
Post by: Le Chuck on December 30, 2012, 11:09:23 am
I was cruising some back logged chive when I spotted a fellow user's build.

Hey, surface tension, did they send you a t-shirt for using your shizzle?  You should totally tell them to pony up a KCCO.

I can't cruise the back log as I get sidetracked by far too much T&A for me to be useful.  Hopefully he got some recognition!  KCCO can sometimes drop the ball on that.

Yeah, I'm not gonna lie, when SW Micro took off for a few days I was constantly checking the Chive to see if it got picked up.  I wanted a t-shirt.

Their shirts annoy me now, along with anything "Swag".  It's as if people wearing these shirts think it gives them a right to act like pretentious --bags of cream-filled twinkies--.  I hate to generalize but every person I come across with them on don't act right in social settings.

Sorry I'm late to the thread!

Not heard of the Chive but appreciate the heads-up, thanks. This photo shoot was from when it went to Firebox.com and those guys hammered the table for days. Funny though, I think it was Shortlist magazine that took that image and photoshopped their own magazine on.

No free t-shirt though!
