Bob Roberts has similar ones in a variety of colors on his website.

The gloss ball ones look like Wicos from the top and play fairly decently. I have them in one of my Multiwilliams cabinets.

Pixelhugger sells some here, can vouch for a good guy and good sticks.

If you need a deciding factor between them Bob Roberts sticks have a circular movement pattern and Pixelhugger's sticks have a square movement pattern.

Paige-
What's the difference in feel?
-
I like the feel of pixelhuggers sticks better as they get their tension from a rubber grommet and they are great all around sticks but they are not very good in top down games, particularly games where you tend to rotate the stick in circles, like Robotron, Time Pilot or Gyruss.
I have a half dozen of each of them in my parts area. I chose the one's from Bob for my Multiwilliams. However I put Pixelhugger's sticks in my Break-Thru cabaret and my City Connection upright and I am thinking about changing over one or both of my Neo Geo's to them as well.

Interesting observation, Paige. I love them for playing a game like R-Type, but when I play 1942 with them, it feels like they are sluggish. Given that 1942 is a top down game, maybe that's what I am seeing.

Break-Thru cabaret
One of my all time fave games, no one else I know has ever even heard of it. The bridge is like the best level ever.

Kinda side related- I'm building a bartop for my nephews, and to keep the costs down, I threw in a Happ Super I had lying around. I was playtesting with 1942, and I have to say that I really liked how smooth it was in 8-way. Why don't people like Supers again?

Other than maybe echo-chamber group-think, no idea. :dunno
I like them. Pretty sure Paigeoliver does, too.
