Title: Video Issue with Jamma Board

anyone know what is causing this?
cga vga signal problem (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NMa8JzL-oXE#ws)
at 1:25 and 1:35 is the screen I am trying to get to stay on...
I am converting CGA to VGA...well...trying

Some tvs cant display certain jamma boards because their frequency is not exactly 60hz. it could be 56hz or a different number some tvs have no variance built in and are only going to lock on to a true 60hz signal.

my supergun will NOT work on my sony wega, but if i plug it in to a 20 year old sylvania tv i have, it works fine and displays great.

What were you doing to the connection the 2 times it showed up for a short time in the video?
