Just thought I would share this news cause I always liked megaman games and it's on the pc.

In celebration of 25 years of Street Fighter and Mega Man, Capcom will release an all-new crossover 8-bit Mega Man game on the PC December 17, Street Fighter X Mega Man. Street Fighter X Mega Man was announced during the 25th Anniversary finals today and pits the blue bomber up against eight popular Street Fighter characters like Blanka, Ryu, Chun Li, Rose, Dhalsim and Rolento.

Mega Man will have access to eight new weapons in this new adventure, a few of which you can see in the trailer above – our favorite is the holographic panels which Mega Man can use to reflect enemy projectiles. Street Fighter X Mega Man will be a free download on the PC when it launches on December 17; you'll be able to download it through Capcom-Unity.

Only thing that Kinda sucks is that this is really a fanmade rom hack, which was ment to be released as a shareware and Capcom doesn't give much credit to the guys behind it.

When i got this info it Kinda killed the buzz for me.
Pretty sure the game is awesome though!

Thanks for the extra info. That sucks about not giving credit. I just thought it was kinda cool and since it's free I figured everyone could check it out.

At the 25 anniv finals they gave him plenty of credit  :dunno

Couple days ago at the capcom street fighter 25 th tournament finals was when they announced it, talked about the guy making it a bit.

They had qualifying tournaments for the last year, infiltration won 50k and a car for winning ssf4 and SF x tekken

Wait, you mean not everyone follows the competitive fighting game scene?

Weird.
