Title: I-Pac to Xbox 360 control issues

Hi guys :) I bought a ipac and have also got the ps2 to xbox 360 adaptors. Everything works but im having problems. Some reason randomly the home key acts if it have been pressed . And sometimes player two controls movements stop working properly. The home key issue happens on player one and two, its random which one is getting pressed. Any ideas or solutions??? Thanks
