Title: List of black and white games?

Is there a list floating around or a simple way to generate a list of black and white games?

Not sure, but if you have a FE/app that can filter games on year, you could start by looking at games prior to 1980 (ish).

A few I can think of:

Space Invaders
Night Driver
280 Zzzap
Death Race
Sprint 1 / 2
Super Bug
Fire Truck
Triple Hunt
Gun Fight
Boot Hill
Gypsy Juggler
Circus

Vector:

Asteroids
Asteroids Deluxe

A lot of these ran in black and white, but the cabinets would have transparent overlays to color different parts of the screen, like Space Invaders.  Don't forget you can do this in MAME with an overlay file.

If you get mameui and sort by year you will find that everything 1980 and newer is color and everything 1979 or older is black and white. There are a few exceptions but you can pick those out by hand.

Breakout
Drag race
Sea Wolf
Depthcharge
Frogs
Canyon bomber
Head on

And there are a lot of other Gremlin, Atari /Kee games...
