The 60in1 I used worked with a plain jamma harness

Google jamma pinout or if you have the booklet that comes with the 60in1 it's all in there

As everyone else has said, get a Jamma harness and you are set. They can be had on eBay for $10-15 including shipping. The harness has connections for everything from the coin slots to the service switch.

Additional note: be sure to wire up the TEST and SERVICE switches for easier access to the configuration menus. I mount mine just inside the coin door for easy access.
