Title: wei-ya 829HR can't link monitor?what i miss

i have 2 monitor use wei-ya  15 k chassis when i split jamma to connect chasis board
open first monitor picture is ok then i off first monitor and open Second monitor with link cable rgb picture it ok
but when i open Together chasis is spark and Fuse blow i don't know how to i miss

i connect chasis board to step down transformer from 220 to 110 
my home don't have ground earth
my chasis don't connect noise filter and isolation transformer  only AC -->step down transformer from 220 to 110 >>>>>>chasis

what  important for split monitor i need to know and thank you for help me and sorry my English very low skill

each monitor needs an isolation transformer

if you had an earth and consumer unit then the trip would have blown instead of the fuse
