I just hooked up my Aimtrak and am using the latest utility from Ultimarc. When I use the "Sensor Check" feature... the red dot goes beyond the black "Sensor Area" as I'm trying to reach the corners of the screen (i.e. it seems my t.v. screen is larger than the sensor area), so obviously it doesn't recognize this. I have sanded out some of the edges of the front of the gun so I know the camera is viewable, am I too close to the t.v., too far away, or is there something else? There are a few more issues, but without fixing this first, I can't even calibrate... any ideas?

Seems like you might be too close to the TV.

Yup, you're too close. Also mount the sensor right above the monitor to be able to get as close as possible. Bending the led's down a little also helps depending on where the red dot wents off.
